Seeking the most creative and exciting things going on in Scotland and beyond Noir! loosely bases itself on the Anthony Warhol's Factory, particularly in the sense that projects are often shown as works in progress.
Noir! is an expanding concept that started as an exhibition and party at Edinburgh's sharpest new venue, Hawke & Hunter. The success of the first night prompted organisers to stage a second chapter at the same venue inviting a group of artists to exhibit.

Noir! at Hawke and Hunter
Noir! is a regular nocturnal fusion of Art, Film, Fashion and Music.
Noir! is a creative collection.
Noir! is a production house.
Noir! was founded by Anna Freemantle, a Dutch model, and her husband Jonathan Freemantle, a South African painter. Together they had the intention of throwing a party they would like to be at. Noir! is also launching in NYC this year under the stewardship of Ezra Mabengeza, a South African actor currently based there.
The Green Room at Hawke and Hunter is the Scottish Styles Award's current Most Stylish Entertainment Venue. The venue has just got bigger with the opening of the boutique nightclub Below Stairs underneath the Green Room in March 2010.
